This intervention of land art is an idea on participation of making social space. Practically speaking, the project can be understood as an experiment, since the generally accepted purpose of the swimming pool has cooperative attributes as a public space. The (ready-to-assemble or inflatable) pools can be found in several households, creating a comfortable atmosphere in the summer heat. The pool at the rural area of the Institute’s organic garden mingles in the environment and ambience, bringing cold refreshment to the adventurers. With the change of seasons, the original function of the pool can vary, just like the surrounding flora. The installation is an urban representation in the rural setting, breaking or releasing issues of affiliation of high and low art.
